This policy is issued by Grow More Biz Group, the legal entity operating under the brand name "Ah-Ha." All references to "Ah-Ha" in this document pertain to Grow More Biz Group.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our users with a fair refund policy. You may request a 100% refund up to two business days before the course start date. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the course start date.
Please note that no refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
1. After the Course Start Date: Once the course has commenced, we cannot offer any refunds.
2. Violations of Terms or Guidelines: If your account is reported, banned, or your access to the course is disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines, no refund will be granted.
3. Subscription Services: Refunds are not available for any subscription services.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests
You may cancel your enrollment and request a full refund up to two business days before the course start date. To ensure your cancellation is processed, please submit your request at least 24 hours prior to the course start date.
Please note that cancellations will not be processed, and no refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
